- Proper Nutrition
The body needs the right nutrients for your hair to grow and be healthy. Hair grows in cycles, which can hardly be influenced. In case your genes are responsible for your hair to remain at a certain length, there is not much you can do.
- Do´s and Dont´s
Crash diets damage your hair. Reduce caffeine (Coke, Coffee), dairy products, sugar, flax seed, nuts such as almonds….
- Vitamins and your hairdresser
Vitamins strengthen your hair. To prevent split ends, please cut your hair on a regular basis, every two months and consult your hairdresser.
- There is strength in the hair root
Only the hair roots can be influenced. The hair lengths consist of keratin layer. The scalp and the hair ends require a lot of attention. Make sure to use the shampoo only on the scalp and not on the ends, since they will dry out.
- The oil needs to be applied on the ends
In order for the hair ends to remain soft different oils can be applied. This way the ends are moisturized.
- A hair mask a Week
Apply a hair mask once a week to moisturize your hair. Apply, leave it on for a while, if you like overnight, rinse your hair, done!
- Avoid wild hairdos
Do not braid your hair to tightly, especially not with a hair tie with metal. The best hairdo is when your hair is not exposed to rubbing. The well-known Bobby Pins can pull your hair out.
- Silk for your hair
A silk cushion helps to protect your hair during the night. Hereby it doesn’t matter if you leave your hair loose or have it braided.

Regular oil treatment (coconut or olive oil) are supposed to support blood circulation, but be careful not to overdo hair care.
- Wet Wet Wet – The right tool
Please use only a coarse wooden comb for wet hair, if necessary. Do not rub your hair with a towel, use a t-shirt instead – this protects your hair. If dry I would recommend a hog bristle brush. Do not forget to clean your comb and brushes with shampoo at least once a week!

Do not bleach your hair. Any kind of coloration damages your hair structure. The h
air ends split especially if you like to have it lighter. Darker colors are not as damaging, but still not healthy – this must be made clear.

- Means against Bad Hair Day
If the water e.g. in a foreign country is low or high on minerals your hair might react sensitively. Therefore make your own mixture: Add two tablespoons of cider vinegar into one liter of water and one tablespoon of conditioner. Shake it, apply it onto your hair and rinse it with cold water.
- Less is more
Do not use too many styling products, simply the right ones. In this case you can use the hair straightener or the curling iron, but keep the heat protection in mind, as the heat should not damage your hair.
- United Colors of Hair
If you want to dye or tint your hair, do not deviate more than three color shades from your own natural color. A great color emphasizes your complexion and provides that certain something.
- Small tools
In case all those tools do not help getting the desired hair length, there are other more affordable options, such as Clip-In Extensions, with real human hair. Within 10 minutes those extensions are worked into your hair and can easily be removed again.
